In 1999 we switched from raising rambouillet sheep to hair sheep. Our ewes are katadin, St. Croix, and Dorper cross and 95% of our ewe flock is white. We lamb in the fall. We practice rotational grazing in order to reduce internal parasites. We primarily market our lambs in Goldthwaite, Texas. jeanette even keeps a small flock that she likes to breed for unique color and spotting:-)
